He should stay in the hospital as long as possible on IV fluids/medications. Sometimes it takes a week or longer before they start getting better. Was an abdominal ultrasound done? That would be a good idea. He should be held off food until he is better. At the hospital the vet can feed him nutritionally through the IV catheter with something called TPN. He should be given food orally. This would be my suggestions. Pancreatitis cannot really be treated at home.

Make sure she is hydrated and feed her only small amounts of the gastrointestinal food, but offer it often. Eventually she will start eating better. If she still is wobbly and not improved by Monday you should take her back to the vet for a recheck.

Hello. I am so sorry for your poor Rex. If you think he will eat a bit of the wet food then go ahead & see if he will take it. But I doubt he will be interested as sick as he has been. Make sure you do give him the pain medication as prescribed. Other than that, give him your whole heart & make him feel as loved as possible. I know how much this is tearing you apart. I'm sorry Ladybug has pancreatitis! Wet food has water in it, so she is getting some water. Try adding additional water to the wet food. Keep offering her drinking water, but if she still isn't drinking in another 24 hours, give her vet a call. Best of luck.
