Is a German Shepherd puppy purebred if one parent is only 3/4 GSD?

From the little I see, Teddy does look purebred. His ears may come up later, or not at all. Keep in mind, though, that there is such a thing as a prepotent stud, which means that the father passes just about all of his traits to his puppies. If that's the case here, the father may be a purebred German Shepherd Dog, and the mom a GSD mix or something else. It would help to have profile photos of Teddy standing.

Yes, this can affect Hazel having all GSD puppies. Because female dogs release multiple eggs when in heat, if they mate with multiple males, there is the possibly that the puppies will have different fathers. Since she had mated with another male, it’s likely her puppies won’t all be GSD. I hope this helps.

Looks can be deceiving but these photos do look like purebred dogs. It’s hard to say if they are working or show lines. I recommend to call the breeder as they are most familiar with their bloodlines. You can also contact the breed club as they likely have excellent resources. They look like German Shepard puppies. If they are purebred they should have registration papers on both the father and mother. Once they register the litter they should give you papers so you can register your puppy. If they do not have papers then there is a good chance that they are not purebred German Shepard puppies. Hi there. It's always difficult to tell from looking at puppies, what they will look like as adults - so I can't say for certain whether they're purebred or not based on this. But, yes - these are within the range of typical colors for GSDs, and they look like they certainly could be purebred.
