What to do if Febreze was sprayed on my dog and newborn puppies?

Hello. You should immediately wash your puppy to remove as much of the spray as possible. Use warm water and dish soap. Avoid getting soap in his eyes and water in his ears. Be sure to rinse him thoroughly and then towel dry and make sure he stays warm until he is fully dry. Yes you can do this. I just wouldn't saturate it and I would try to let it dry before you let him use it. If he starts sneezing after you begin using it, then I would discontinue. I hope this helps!

Febrese can be toxic if ingested although it usually isn't severely toxic in relatively small amounts, nevertheless your dog is showing signs of gastrointestinal upset and possibly toxicity, to be on the safe side I would recommend taking him tp the vet to get checked and receive at least some symptomatic treatment for the vomiting and diarrhea.

If Smokey only smelled the cleaning solution wouldn't be too concerned but you may want to take him outside to a well ventilated area to get some fresh air. If he drank any of the water I would watch for regurgitation, vomiting, lethargy and lack of appetite. If any of those things occur you should have Smokey examined by a veterinarian right away. I would monitor Mufasa for now and if he begins to tremble, shake, twitch or have seizures, take him to the veterinarian immediately. You did the right thing by rinsing him off immediately. As long as you washed the BBW soap off fully, Spoticus (I love her name!) should be fine. As long as you don't use the Febreze when she is standing right there, and allow it to dry completely before coming back into the room, it's fine to use.
