Last night my dog licked up some febreze from the floor. His eyes and jowls swelled. I gave him a dose of benedryl 25mg , he weighs about 55 lbs. the swelling went down but he started having diarrhea. Now he is vomiting. Doesn't seem to be in distress. I gave him some plain white rice and he vomited that up about an hour later. Should I be taking he to the vet right now ?

If it was just one lick of spray that was on a surface, its extremely unlikely that this will be a problem. To be safe, you can contact pet poison helpline. https://www.petpoisonhelpline.com. They will be able to let you know for certain what the chances of a problem are and what to watch for, etc. However, I think it is reasonable to give him plenty of water to drink (but don't force is or syringe feed it, etc) and if it contacted his skin directly, give him a bath. If you notice any vomiting, diarrhea, inappetence, or abnormal behavior, take him to your vet for an exam.
