My dog is still throwing up, not eating, and weak after vet visit.

The bilirubin is a bit high, as is the ALP (alkaline phosphatase) but neither of these values is super specific in terms of what the cause or the best treatment is. We can see the ALP be elevated with stress, age, and sometimes even normal cell regeneration within the liver. The bilirubin can be slightly elevated when the blood sample is what we call "hemolyzed," which can sometimes happen when blood is spun down for a blood test to be run. Therefore, if he is still showing symptoms of illness, I would echo what Dr Ana said; it may be time to consider imaging. Either X-rays or an abdominal ultrasound maybe helpful in identifying the problem and therefore identifying the best way to treat it. Take him back to the vet if he's still having troubles, as he probably is in need of some more fluids as well. It sounds like poor Henneha is very sick, and you've done the right thing by having her seen by a vet. I'm wondering if she is fully vaccinated, and if she's not, it could be that she has parvovirus. That is very serious, and it would make a dog quite sick. You can try giving her Nutri-cal, available over the counter perhaps at your local pet store, and you can offer her small amounts of Pediasure using a syringe or small turkey baster. It sounds like their treatment didn’t resolve the symptoms. Things like pancreatitis or GI obstruction won’t show up on routine blood work, so I would recommend calling the vet today for what needs to happens next. If an obstruction is one of the vet’s concerns, they may recommend x-rays or ultrasound. If pancreatitis is a concern, then usually they need to go on IV fluids for a day or two.

Acute pancreatitis and gastrointestinal inflammation/infections are still possible as well as foreign body ingestion with material not visible on X rays (ultrasound in these cases might be more sensitive). Given the lack of improvement, I would suggest to have her checked again and have a test for pancreatitis (it is a blood test called cPLI) performed. If not eating and probably in a sort of abdominal discomfort, nutritional support and pain relief meds are needed.

Destiny may be dehydrated from the vomiting. If the veterinarian did not administer fluids under the skin already, I would recommend calling the vet back and seeing if this is something that can be done or if it is something that needs to be done. You need to take Tank back to the vet as there may be a more serious problem lurking, such a possible partial or even complete gastric or intestinal blockage. If the "vomiting pill" (cerenia?) is not working there is a mechanical obstruction possible. Since Tank is a young dog, he may have swallowed a toy or something that cannot be readily digested. In order to find out whether there is an obstruction the vet will need to do some x-rays, first without contrast medium, and then possibly with contrast medium if there is a serious suspicion of an obstruction. If Tank does not have a complete set of vaccinations, then there is also a possibility that he is suffering from a parvo infection. Pancreatitis is a further possible cause. Please take Tank back for a recheck.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with Jorja. I am going to go out on a limb and assume the anti nausea medication provided was Cerenia. This is typically a very effective medication for vomiting, and if there is still vomiting in the face of this, I would definitely recommend getting her back into the vet for re-examination. I would strongly recommend x-rays and blood work. Depending on the level of dehydration, hospitalization with IV fluids would likely be useful particularly if the vomiting is going to continue. Hope this makes sense.
