Why is my dog throwing up, peeing when excited, and has a red lump?

Depending on the size, distribution, and appearance of the red bumps they can be a great variety of things. If they have all come about suddenly and are occurring in concert with the vomiting, I would concerned that Mootzie is undergoing an allergic reaction. If the symptoms do not seem to be worsening (no respiratory distress, swelling of the face / lips, etc), you do not need to rush her into the veterinarian tonight for treatment. I would fast her of any food and water for the next 12-18 hours to see if she settles down. If she doesn't or the clinical signs worsen or progress, get her to a hospital as soon as possible.

Urinating blood can indicating a bladder infection or something potentially life threatening like a clotting disorder. The fact that he is also committing indicates systemic illness. Sweet Pea sounds very ill, and he needs to see a vet today. It's very serious that he is refusing to eat, vomiting at least once a day, and shivers (he may have a fever). This lump on his chest could be a lipoma, but it could be something more serious such as a malignant tumor. When a senior dog is vomiting and not drinking a lot of water, they can quickly get dehydrated. I would take him into a vet now to diagnose the cause of his symptoms so he can be treated. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I noticed in one of those pictures that his stool is really diarrhea and is black (which usually means a sign of bleeding). Vomiting and diarrhea can occur secondary to conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, dietary indiscretion, parasites, among other possibilities. In addition, black stools can be indicative of bleeding into the small intestine or stomach which can happen secondary to an ulcer for instance. Bloody urine can be the result of an infection, stones, tumors, among other possibilities. I recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. At the very least they can start him on medications to make him feel better and check his hydration status. In the meantime, keep water available at all times to try to prevent dehydration. Chronic vomiting, has multiple causes but may cause an electrolyte imbalance which could account for the symptoms you are seeing. If he is drinking more water than usual, he should be seen by your vet for an exam and bloodwork to rule out kidney disease, diabetes or other GI issues. When a pet is vomiting, withhold food for 12-24 hours. Allow small amounts of water or unflavored PediaLyte. Resume feeding a bland diet (1:1 ratio of plain boiled boneless chicken and plain white rice). Feed in small, frequent amounts waiting at least one hour between feedings. If he won't eat, serve the food warm or mix in a teaspoon of baby food to stimulate the appetite. If the vomiting stops, transition slowly to the regular diet. If not or if the appetite does not return, then you will need to see your veterinarian.

This sounds like he’s in pain. He may have eaten something that upset his stomach and has intestinal cramping. Or since he’s still a pup I’m worried he may have eaten a toy or sock that could cause an intestinal blockage. If this continues I would certainly bring him in for an exam and abdominal X-ray. Having an intestinal blockage can become life threatening without treatment. They can also give him pain medication so he’s more comfortable. This sounds serious so I wouldn’t ignore these symptoms.
