Hello. Sometimes, it just takes a few days for a stomach issue to clear, even with medications. Of course, I do not know what was administered to Woody, but if he continues to vomit despite the proper medications being administered, we do have to be concerned about some underlying metabolic problem or perhaps an ingested foreign object or substance being the cause of his ongoing discomfort. Make sure, if he is eating, you are feeding a very low fat, easily digestible diet. 25% cooked chicken & 75% low fat cottage cheese or plain white rice is appropriate. A couple of teaspoons several times a day may be well tolerated. If after another 24 hours, Woody continues to vomit, you will need to speak with your vet about re-evaluating the situation, doing some blood work & obtaining x-rays to make sure nothing was missed in the initial evaluation of Woody. Hopefully, he will be feeling better soon & thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
