This can be from an injury, infection or cancer. I expect this is painful also so please take Breezer in for an exam. They can feel the testicle, check him over to see if there are other problems then decide a course of treatment. With an infection or injury medication may heal this but if it's a tumor then having Breezer neutered may be recommended. It can wait until tomorrow if Smoke is eating well, resting normally (not more or less than normal), and is not having any vomiting or diarrhea. Unfortunately it's impossible to say without being able to examine Bruno in person. A testicular tumor could swell and cause an increase in size that could resolves with an antibiotic or steroid injection. Infections like Brucella or other bacteria could cause testicular swelling. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine Bruno to determine what might be the cause.

In a dog Buster's age, this swelling could be due to a tumor. It could also be due to an infection. The only way to know what is causing this is to have him seen by a vet. I'd take him into one in the morning.

From the picture, these could be benign growths or it could be due to a skin infection from bacteria or yeast. Without seeing him in person, I couldn't say for certain.
