Why is my intact dog's swollen penis bleeding after antibiotics?

A clot should have formed by now unless the trauma is too much or he has a bleeding disorder. With him being a doberman, I would strongly suggest checking him for any bleeding disorder such as von willebrand disease. Your vet can test for this with a specific test. I would also check general blood work and potentially sedate him and check the area out more. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. If the bleeding from Lucky's penis has gotten worse and/or not resolved at all you may need to bring him back to your vet for a recheck. The penis and prepuce are very vascular (meaning they have lots of blood vessels) and so can bleed easily. If the bleeding hasn't subsided at all there may be a larger vessel that is damaged that may need to be sutured closed to prevent any further bleeding. I would be sure to keep the cone on Lucky as well until you get everything figured out so he won't lick excessively down there and cause more irritation.

If the bleeding is from a UTI, it should start to clear up within 48 hours of starting the antibiotic. If its not stopped in that period of time, he should be rechecked by your vet. He may have bladder stones or even cancer in his urinary tract, he could have injured his penis, or he could be having an issue clotting his blood properly leading to the bleeding. I would recommend taking him to a vet for an exam - they will probably want to collect a urine sample for testing, check his prostate during a rectal exam, and examine his penis closely outside the sheath to look for any problems. From there, x-rays and ultrasound can be used to look at the prostate, if needed. Oh no, poor Kyro! It's certainly not normal that he is bleeding form his penis, and he could have a severe UTI, bladder stones, or may have eaten something toxic causing it. Given his young age and the fact that I can't see him in person to say he will be ok or not, the best thing to do is take him into a vet now.
