My dog back right paw is swollen. I've been cleaning it with hydrogen peroxide, but green puss is coming out of it. It' been like this since Sunday. What do you recommend?

These signs are compatible with an infection. Drainage of abscess, disinfection and antibiotic treatment are indeed necessary and a check up is what I recommend as soon as possible.
Swelling could be due to a lack of venous drainage of the leg (due to the inflammation, so it will resolve when abscess will be cured) or to the spreading of infection.
Buster collar may be useful to avoid licking.Disinfection can eventually be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths.
