My dog's snout is swollen and bleeding from a cat scratch. Infected?

My dog was scratched by a cat a week ago and now a part of her snout is swollen bleeding and very raw and painful is it an infection.

This most certainly could be an infection, especially if it has been a week since the scratch and it looks like this. If it is bothering Tigre, she may be rubbing her nose on the floor making it much worse. I would recommend having this examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. She may need an oral and topical antibiotic for treatment.
