My Cavapoo is sneezing and rubbing ears. What could be wrong?

Hi there and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sneezing can be a sign of an allergy, yes. Sneezes can also be a sign of an upper respiratory infection as well. I would recommended Kaya see her veterinarian for an exam so her vet can determine whether or not she has an infection or whether it is just caused by an allergy and to determine what treatment may be most appropriate. I would recommend taking Chief to a veterinarian I am concerned he has allergies and concerned about a potential ear infection. I would bring him to a veterinarian for a physical examination. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I would be more concerned about the wheezing as this can be seen with lung disease such as bronchitis for example. I do recommend that you have Keela evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to evaluate her and treat her accordingly. This is likely going to warrant chest x-rays as far as diagnostics go. Best of luck!

Hi there and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Coughing, sneezing, along with mucous sounds suspicious of a upper respiratory infection. I would recommend Bubba be seen by his veterinarian as soon as possible. Your veterinarian will do an exam and may recommend x-rays to better evaluate the infection and help determine the cause. Bubba may need to be placed on antibiotics or other medications as needed to help clear the infection. I hope this helps!

Diarrhea can be observed with conditions such as colitis, gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, among many other possibilities. Sneezing can definitely be due to allergies and that is probably the most common reason. Some medications for allergies can be started for this to be used on an as needed basis. If her diarrhea or sneezing persist, I recommend that you have Irie evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They may choose to check for parasites and to start medications for diarrhea and/or allergies depending on the results of needed. Good luck! Hoping for a speedy recovery!
