What are the small hard white bumps on my French Bulldog puppy's head?

Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is a little difficult to say what the bumps may be without seeing a photo. These may be the result of a bacterial skin infection, mange, or be growths. I recommend having Bonita seen by a vet if these bumps do not resolve on their own in the next few days. You can also try using antibacterial wipes for dogs, which are available in most pet stores on the area to keep it clean. I hope this helps and that all is well with Bonita!

Small bumps like this on the skin are usually a sign of a bacterial skin infection called pyoderma - this can occur on its own, or due to an underlying skin problem like allergies or skin mites (mange). You can try bathing her in a chlorhexidine dog shampoo to see if this helps. If not, or if the bumps seems to be spreading or if they become itchy or painful, it would be best to have her examined by a vet. He/she can do a simple test called a skin scrape to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate medication to treat it.

Those spots on Pepper's ears could be due to superficial bacterial infections, superficial irritation or mites. Make sure Pepper does not scratch at them as this could cause them to worsen. Sometimes these little spots will clear on their own. I recommend to point them out to his vet when he is in for his next vaccine visit. The doctor will likely give you an ointment to apply to the lesions. I hope this is helpful and please feel free to post additional questions.

It really comes down to figuring out what is causing his allergies so that they can be treated or the specific allergen avoided. A secondary infection is likely and also needs to be addressed. There are medications such as Apoquel or prednisone which may help with the itch. 

 There are many things that can cause allergies though in most cases they can be broken down into 3 big categories: flea, food and environmental allergies. 

Allergies are usually worked up in a stepwise fashion starting with flea allergies as this is the easiest and cheapest to take care of. If not on a flea preventative, then it would be a good idea to get started on one. If already on one then it would be a good idea to change to something else (there are many new products out in the market). 

If not improved in 1-3 months then it is time to move on and check for food allergies by switching to a novel diet (new protein and new carbohydrate). If that does not seem to be the issue then you are left out having to check for environmental allergies which require blood and/or skin tests.

 Allergies can be very frustrating to deal with at first but so rewarding at the end when we are able to treat them effectively!

It looks like Banjo has a skin infection. These are usually bacterial in nature, but sometimes it can be from a fungus or yeast. Banjo should see a veterinarian for an exam and treatment. As Dr. Linda mentioned, these tiny little bumps can pop up from time to time in puppies. I don't see any cause for immediate, major concern with either the bump on his nose or the one on his sclera (the white part of the eye). However, I do think it's worth having both of these bumps checked out by your vet in the coming weeks. With that said, if Rock begins to squint or have any eye discharge, you should get him checked out right away, as those are signs that the little bump on his eye is causing some discomfort.

Hi and thank you for your post on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. It is not unusual for puppies to develop a bacterial infection of the skin. The pustules can appear suddenly but is often times self-limiting (meaning it will go away on it's own). This may be what is going on with Hank.
