Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 3 days old | 9.5 lbs
Hi, my puppy has small, hard white bumps on his head. He’s had them since I got him. Two vets have looked and said they are nothing to worry about. But I didnt get answer to exactly what they are and how to treat them if possible. The hair sticks up around some of the bumps. He is a French Bulldog.

This could be a bacterial which is very common in puppies. Since there are so many, he will likely need some oral medicine. I would have your vet take a look at him. He may need some oral medicine to help it clear up. If he is itchy you can try giving him 1/2 teaspoon of children's liquid Benadryl twice a day to help. I hope this helps!

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! These are probably pustules which are usually focal infection sites. this is not completely uncommon in puppies. You can try to use a medicated shampoo containing chlorhexidine to bathe Hugo twice weekly which may resolve this issue. Otherwise, if they are small and not numerous, they could improve on their own. If no improvement, have him evaluated by your veterinarian. Good luck!
