I recommend Hills b/d diet and you can give the supplement senilife. It’s specifically for cognitive dysfunction in dogs. Anapril is a prescription drug for cognitive dysfunction that I’ve used on my geriatric dogs with good results. You will need to get this from your veterinarian. It's possible that the seizures are due to a brain tumor, which is very likely due to his age. this means his condition will deteriorate regardless of the treatment, sometimes the deterioration takes several months and sometimes it's a matter of days.

Two seizures in a 24 hour period are considered "cluster seizures," which generally require anti-epileptic (anti-seizure) medications. The post-ictal (after seizure) period can last for many hours, or even a day, and can cause many subtle behavioral changes and could even affect Blue's appetite. At this point, Blue should be examined by her vet. The vet will perform a neurologic exam and full physical exam, and may recommend blood work. Based on these results, medications may be prescribed.
