I recommend to have Jasper examined by the veterinarian. Repeated sneezing means irritation and this can be uncomfortable (think about when you get a cold). The doctor can provide medication that can help with inflammation. While infections are the most common cause, a piece of grass or other object stuck in the nose, a fungal infection or a tumor in the sinus can also cause a runny nose and sneezing. I hope this helps.
