Can I use Revolution for 10-20lb puppies on my smaller 9lb puppy?

high doses of this medication can be toxic and I would not recommend giving the full dose. I would call your veterinarian, or stop by if possible to see if this product can be returned as they may have given this to by mistake. Your go needs the 5-10lb sizing and if your vet dose not have that in stock you could consider trying other products or purchasing else where with a written prescription

Monitor her weight closely though, because if she gains more weight and goes 2 or 3 lbs over the weight limit, then you will need to switch sizes! This is correct. That medication has a very wide dosing range and it is very safe. Resistance to this medications is starting to becoming a problem so we have started to use the higher end of the dose range.

Hi yes you can use both treatments on Daphne but i suggest separating the application by two weeks. You can also consider using a product like Proheart6 - an injectable heartworm prevention given at the vet hospital that lasts for 6mths. I find that revolution works well for fleas, but doesn't cover all types of ticks. Hope this helps!

I would not give him another dose so quickly, since most of it is on him, just not in the location you were aiming for. You can however, safely repeat the Revolution in 2 weeks time, to ensure he is fully covered and protected. If you do happen to notice any fleas in the meantime, you can safely give him a Capstar tablet for emergency flea relief, which can be found at your local pet store.
