My dog has been getting patches of red irritated skin on his legs and paws at first i thought it would go away but instead he now has this irritation on two legs and feet and he is in pain. Is there anything i can do or should i take him to tje vet?

This looks pretty infected already, i would recommend taking Rex to the vet, the area will need to be clipped, cleaned and he will need either a local antibiotic cream or systemic oral antibiotics in order to resolve this infection.
