My dog has suddenly developed raw spots around her nose and lips. It doesn’t appear to itch or cause noticeable pain, but I’m wondering if it’s something more serious I need to see a vet about.

It this is indeed due to a scrape, it should have begun resolve in a few days. If hasn't, get your vet to have a look at it. It could be mange, or ringworm, or even a more unusual problem like an autoimmune skin disease.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I agree that this could be an infection. It is not possible to evaluate the eye properly with just looking at a picture. I would recommend that if she is not improving on the newer treatment regimen, to have her evaluated by a veterinary ophthalmologist so they can provide their expertise on this more complex case. Best of luck!
