Poor Tiny. If Tiny is not fully vaccinated then I would be very suspicious that he may have contracted Parvovirus. He needs to be seen by a vet immediately and tested for Parvo. If he is fully vaccinated then hemorrhagic gastroenteritis is his condition and this is often caused by dietary indiscretion and/or stress. The treatment is typically oral antibiotics from your vet, probiotics and a bland diet (Hill's I/D or boiled plain chicken and rice or cottage cheese).

Until you can get him seen you should try to keep him hydrated by offering small amounts of Pedialyte (non-flavored) and Pediasure. You can also offer him some probiotics (Culturelle over the counter) to help combat the diarrhea with blood. But it is best to get him seen right away, because if he did contract the parvovirus then he needs medications (antibiotics, fluid therapy, supportive care) from your vet to treat his condition.
