My dog has bloody diarrhea and is crying. What's wrong? How to help?

It sounds as Dahlia is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an antibiotic course and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

It could be that Tinker has diarrhea with blood in it from eating something rotten, a foreign body, parvovirus if he isn't fully vaccinated, intestinal worms, or hemorrhagic gastroenteritis among other causes. When a dog has diarrhea for over 24 hours and when there is blood present in it, it's time to see a vet. If Sky has vomiting and diarrhea she needs to see a vet. Unfortunately her symptoms are very vague and could be from any illness or disease process. If Sky is a puppy I would be very worried about parvovirus. If she is an adult my first guess would be hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. Either way, she needs to see a vet. Please take her as soon as possible.
