My dog pooped a stiff, spaghetti-like worm. Is it a dead roundworm?

Unless you have dewormed Ra'ra since you saw the worms, then yes - I'm afraid she still has them, even if you aren't actually seeing adult worms in the stool. If the worm wasn't moving, it was likely dead, and some worms do get excreted once they die from the dewormer instead of being resorbed into the body, especially if Skye had a lot of them. I would not give her more dewormer without the advice of a veterinarian at this point as they will likely deworm her again at her next appointment. No, it would be highly unlikely to see worms in every stool. Worms only pass through the stool intermittently, just as they only shed their eggs intermittently. Be sure that the deworming medication that you purchased is appropriate for the type of worms that are present. If Diamond's worms resemble spaghetti, they are likely roundworms, whereas if they resemble grains of rice, they are likely tapeworms. Tapeworms can be a bit trickier to treat and will likely require prescription based dewormers from your vet. As fair warning, if Diamond has a large burden of worms, she may vomit or have diarrhea with worms present, but this is usually short-lived. I hope that all goes well!

Yes, it's very common to see the worms after giving the deworm medication. This type of deworm medication works by inhibiting the nerves in the worm. While this usually does kill the worm, they may be somewhat alive still when they are passed in the stool. The fact that the worm came out indicates that it is at-least debilitated. If this was Millie's first deworm tablet, then it's best to give another one (like drontal plus) in two weeks to make sure you get all the worms. I hope that helps.
