My dog has pneumonia, vomiting bile, and is tired. Is infection back?

Yes, it is quite possible the pneumonia has not resolved. She needs urgent reassessment by a vet and further medication, possibly intravenous fluids and antibiotics in order to stabilise her condition. Such severe pneumonia in a young pup is very concerning and can be fatal due to lung scarring and collapse. It is possible there may be underlying birth defects contributing to the original condition and/or her poor response to treatment

These signs are compatible with a severe gastrointestinal infection.Unfortunately a check up would be the ideal solution as antibiotics may be needed to solve the possible infection and before clinical condition becomes critical. You can try to switch her diet to a more digestible one based on boiled chicken and rice but other than that a check up is really essential. I am sorry to hear that Bailey hasn’t been feeling well. Anytime I have a patient who is coughing a few days after vomiting I worry that they may have aspiration pneumonia. I would highly encourage you to have a follow up appointment with your veterinarian soon. Hopefully he does not have pneumonia, but it is a fairly common problem after vomiting events. I would have Hera re-examined by the vet and perform x-rays of the lungs and throat area and do a CBC to check for anemia. I am not quite sure what to think of the fluid sounds you described as it isn't a common issue. It's also hard to say if the exercise intolerance is related to the Leishmaniasis or a separate issue, which could be caused by heart disease, lung disease, anemia, myasthenia gravis, among a few rarer things.

Other causes, especially since she has vomited is that she could have developed pneumonia. Please have her evaluated by her veterinarian to confirm she does not have pneumonia. Poor Luna! When pets have severe viral infections, they need supportive care. This may include intravenous fluids and feeding through a nasogastric tube. It sounds like Luna is very sick.
