My dog recovered from parvo 1 week ago. I was wondering, can my friends with dogs come to my house or will it be carried to their dogs?

I'm sorry to hear about your sister's dog. I am attaching a handout below with more detailed information for you.

You are correct that the house would be considered infected. Parvo can last in the environment for a long period of time. We generally consider a house infected for a month and a yard for a number of months. So, I would not recommend any dogs with questionable vaccination status be exposed. Since Sadie Mae has has regular Parvo vaccinations, she should have good immune protection from Parvo, but in general a vaccination is considered protective about 2 weeks after it is given.
I hope that was helpful and answered your questions. Thanks for using PetCoach.
