Hello! I found this bump on my dogs groin area. She lets me touch it and doesn't react when I tried to clean the area with some warm water. Any idea what it is? Should we have our vet look at her?

This could be bruising from trauma. It could be hives but usually those are raised welts and not under the skin. It could be an insect bite but again, usually raised. Could be a mild bacterial skin infection but that does not usually start fading away in an a few hours. I would not be overly worried about this unless it gets worse or does not completely go away. If that happens then get him to your vet for an exam.
