Dog overheated, sagging lip, wobbly head, not blinking. Bell's Palsy?

This sounds like a serious problem, especially given the chronicity. A neurologic problem with the nerves to the face or a neuromuscular problem (facial muscles) may be options. Unfortunately there are many things that could be causing these symptoms. A good place to start is baseline bloodwork to check organ function along with a full neurologic exam by a vet. If your family vet is stumped then referral to a veterinary specialist (internist or neurologist) is indicated. More testing is needed in a case like this in order to know what is the best treatment. I'm so sorry to hear that Tank has developed these problems. It sounds like he may have developed something that affected a number of cranial nerves. The most likely reason for this would be a middle ear infection that has affected the vestibular apparatus as well as the nerves to the face. Unfortunately, facial nerve paralysis can be permanent, so if Tank does not regain the use of the left side of his face, he may have to continue using eye drops life-long. Hopefully the facial nerve paralysis will improve along with his head tilt and coordination. The only other suggestion I would have is that I have had some luck with facial nerve paralysis with acupuncture, so that may be an option for Tank. Good luck! I hope that was helpful. If they are then he could be having a vestibular event. The most common cause is a middle ear infection (under the ear drum) that causes inflammation of the peripheral nerve that control balance. Other causes could be more serious: stroke, seizure, brain tumor, metabolic issues or bleeding that is causing weakness. Harley should see your Vet ASAP this morning for an exam. It sounds like he is having a neurological issue. It is recommended that you take him to your local emergency vet for an examination. Poor Harley. It could be he is nauseous or has a dental problem causing the drooling. If he has a dental problem, it could extend into his sinuses, leading to the balance problems. But the balance problems could be caused by something else like an ear infection. I think he definitely needs to see a vet, and I would take him into one first thing in the morning. Best of luck.

I think I understand what you are trying to describe when you say a dropping jawline. If you are indicating that part of Austin's face is drooping while the other side is normal, than this is normally due to some sort of neurologic condition resulting in paralysis of the facial nerve. It can cause excessive drooling, dropping of food, general asymmetry of the facial musculature, and sometimes issues closing the eye on the affected side of the face. The cause of this condition is often a mystery, though some of the causes that are recognized include significant ear infections, trauma, polys in the nose / mouth, and certain types of cancer. Treatment of this condition is completely based on the underlying cause (if it can be identified) and management of the resulting symptoms. Hope this makes sense.

Hello, seizures are very scary, & in an elderly dog like Harley, it could mean some serious inflammation in the brain. Since he is so weak, I would really encourage you to take him to an emergency clinic for treatment. He may need some anti-inflammatory medication or anti-nausea medication to help with the drooling.
