My dogs noses nostrils seem to be a glossy red inside and it kind of looked like blood, since I have noticed no sneezing or leakag and appears to be acting normal however I just dont know if its normal for it to be red inside, Ive looked again 10 min later and it may have been that he ran into my other dog face first and might have bled a little or swollen his nostrils because it looks considerably less red and still no leakage but if you think i should still look out for something let me know.

I'm glad that Leroy's nasal cavity appeared less red when you checked again. The nasal tissues are highly vascular and can appear more red when the blood pressure temporarily increases during times of stress and excitement. As long as Leroy continues acting normally without any nasal bleeding or discharge, there is likely no reason for concern. :-)
