My dog lost fur around eyes & nose. How long until it grows back?

This may be from a scratch or rubbing. I would ignore it. Usually the hair regrows within a few weeks. However, if the hair loss increases, you should have it examined by your vet as this may be fungal or bacterial and may need specific treatment. (an antifungal, if caused by a fungus, an antibiotic if caused by bacteria.).

It is not uncommon for there to be a little hair loss when we remove discharge that is dried to the skin. If the skin is becoming red or irritated, then I would certainly have your veterinarian examine it, but otherwise the fur should regrow normally. It can take a few months to finally get the mite infection under control. Once the mites are gone, it can take a few more months for the hair to grow back. Bravecto is an off-label medication used for demodectic mange. When I have prescribed it, I use it monthly for 3 months. I usually see a positive response around 60 days. Be patient! Small amounts of hair loss at the corners of the eyes is not likely to be associated with an actual eye problem fortunately. In the absence of any itchiness, this is not something I would be terribly concerned about at this time. Keep an eye on the issue for spreading of hair loss or adversely effected eyes. If you want immediate answers to the problem, the only way to do this is with dermatologic diagnostics include skin scrapings, cytology, cultures, and/or biopsies of the areas of loss. If it was for demodex mange then it can never be cured. They can always have flare ups since it is a hereditary problem. Typically once you get it under control, the hair will fill back in. If they get sick or stressed then they can have a flare up. I would have him rechecked to see about continuing the medicine

It might take a long time, don't worry but, if there are not even tiny hair or if it is more than 6 weeks without improvements, consider to bring Music back to your local vet for a check up. In rare cases metabolic diseases (i.e. thyroid disfunction) can increase the length of time necessary for the hair regrowth and a blood test might be necessary to diagnose it. In the meantime make sure Music does not lick the affected area and add to her diet some omega 3/6 that can be find at your local pet shop.
