Simba could have blood pressure or blood sugar issue and I think giving him corn syrup was a good start. That said, Simba could be suffering from balance issues. One condition that could explain what is going on is called vestibular syndrome. You veterinarian could confirm it by doing a full physical exam or discovery what else could be going on. I hope Simba feels better.

It sounds like Simba is being lethargic. Unfortunately lethargy is a very general sign of many illnesses, such as an injury, an infection, inflammation, or a systemic illness. Because she has been quieter than usual lately for a long period of time, I do think a visit with the vet is a good idea for a health check. Give your vet a call to set up an appointment for her. First of all DO NOT give Tylenol to Simba as it can be highly toxic to dogs. It sounds as Simba is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

It is hard to say exactly what is going on with her sight unseen, and there can be many causes to the symptoms you have described. Ingestion of a toxin, internal organ dysfunction like liver or kidney disease, and pancreatitis are just a few possibilities. I agree with you that it sounds like she is experiencing some pain and should be seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible so a diagnosis can be made and treatment can get underway so she starts feeling better soon. Poor pup! Labs are notorious for eating things they should not, and she could have a foreign body causing her symptoms. It could also be she has a GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, or could have pancreatitis. Since she is not eating or drinking as well as vomiting, I would take her into a vet now. It is very difficult to diagnose him over the internet. If he is weak, he may need IV fluids and medications to make him feel better. Once a vet performs an exam, they will be able to guide you to the next steps in diagnosing and treating his problems. I would have Lacey seen by another vet as soon as possible to have bloods done to check for diabetes. Symptoms of diabetes do include weight loss and excessive drinking, and it's certainly not normal that she is losing a lot of time. Lacey needs to see another vet for a second opinion.
