My dog is shaking and his stomach is really hard. He has pooped twice, but refuses to drink. He is not his normal self. He will sit but he won't lie down. He seems like he's in a lot of pain. We have been at the lake, so I don't know if he drank any bad water? He is a corgi Pomeranian and he is about 7 years old.

I recommend bringing him to a veterinarian immediately. This could be something simpler but a distended and painful abdomen can also be a sign of gastric dilitation. When the stomach gets distended with gas it can twist which is an emergency. He could also have a blockage. Other concerns would be a splenic rupture. It may be something less serious but with these clinical signs I treat like an emergency until proven otherwise.
