My dog is still lethargic after whipworm treatment. Is this normal?

This treatment could cause lethargy, it's quite common and this is one of the reason restriction is a must. if she becomes too lethargic you might need to take her to the ER, especially if you notice abnormal breathing.

Lethargy is a very vague symptom so there are many different possible causes, but your vet can do a physical examination to try to narrow down the possiblities for her lethargy. This in combination with a good history and sometimes labwork will help pinpoint the cause of her lethargy and how best to treat the condition.

The dewormer for roundworms (if it was pyrantel) is given orally once every 2 weeks 3-4 times. Sometimes puppies that have a roundworm infection may become lethargic. Lethargy in puppies can be caused by a variety of other medical conditions as well including viral infections. If Khaleesi is lethargic, not eating, and just not herself, my best advice is to have her seen by her veterinarian for an exam just to be sure there is nothing else more concerning going on that would cause or contribute to her lethargy.
