My puppy's benign wart is growing. Should it be removed during neuter?

Possibly, but it is difficult to tell without being able to closely examine it. I would recommend that you have Max examined by the vet. While skin tags are usually benign, the larger ones attached by a long pedicle are at an increased risk of trauma. These are best removed to prevent future issues.

This looks like a mass. It looks quite benign such as a wart or skin tag, however it is impossible to know for sure without testing the lump. You could have the lump tested/removed or simply monitor it for changes. I wouldn't be overly concerned about it.

This is definitely a mass, however it is not possible to say whether it is benign or malign from a photo. Your vet will likely suggest the complete surgical removal of this mass. He may also suggest a biopsy or a fine needle aspirate (FNA) where some tissue of the mass is removed and then either sent in to a laboratory or examined under the microscope. This will help determine whether this is a malignant mass or a harmless one.

Hello. This does not look like an aggressive cancer, it actually looks more wart-like. But the only to know definitively is with a fine needle aspirate. The biggest criteria to remove a growth is malignancy, but even benign growths can become large enough to cause significant issues. If this is very slow growing & remains a nonproblem for Tiny, then I would not be inclined to remove it surgically. This is probably just some scar tissue or a lipoma (a benign fatty tumor) but since it has recently popped up and seems to be growing I would recommend taking Tucker to the vet to have it checked. Your vet can do a fine needle aspirate and cytology. This is where, using a small needle, a sample of the cells are collected and then can be looked at under a microscope. I'm wondering if your dog was neutered recently - it almost looks like there could be a scrotal incision and discharge in the center of the photo. Either way, the raised area looks like it could be a growth, tumor or abscess/infection and if he was not neutered recently the discharge is concerning. I would definitely recommend having your vet take a look.
