It looks like Sassy has scleral hemorrhage. This is commonly found with trauma, and can happen as easily as her bumping her head on a table leg. There is nothing to do or needs to be done about the hemorrhage that you are seeing. However, I would recommend that Sassy get checked out by a vet to make sure there is no more damage to other parts of her eye or skull.

If the rest of the eye is clear and she is holding it open with no discharge, then it is fine to watch it and see how it heals. If she is holding it closed and has a discharge then you will need to see a vet as there might be damage to the cornea
