My dog is shaking, panting, not eating, dry nose, sleeping. Is she sick?

Unfortunately these symptoms can signal many many conditions. Just like people, there are many conditions that can make pets feel sick. This could range from an infection to cancer. Also like us, diseases are best addressed early and this may result in a better prognosis. I recommend to have her examined by the veterinarian within the next 24 hours. A dog's nose can go from cold and wet to warm and dry simply by lying in the sun or next to a heat source. It is concerning, however, that he is not eating or drinking, and is shaking and laying around. It is serious when a dog won't drink water, and I would have Brownie seen by a vet right away. This not eating and drinking could be caused by a systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury. He could be shaking because he has a fever. The vet can diagnose what is causing his symptoms, and can treat him for them. I would take him into a vet right away.

Bailey is experiencing very general symptoms of disease, these symptoms could fit almost any internal condition, maybe she is suffering from nausea due to a gastrointestinal disease and maybe she is in pain, from the symptoms described it's very hard to know. i would recommend taking her to the vet as soon as possible in order to get her checked, if he doesn't show any other obvious symptoms during the examination, a blood test and possibly an ultrasound will be needed in order to try and find out what is wrong with her.
