Why does my dog dribble pee after walks? Is it a UTI or marking?

This behavior can actually be a sign of a UTI or bladder stones. I'd have Monty seen by a vet for this for blood work and a urinalysis. Using these tests, the vet can diagnose if he has one of the things I mentioned above, and can treat him. I'd take him into a vet today. I hope this helps!

I strongly recommend a full health check, urine test and possibly an ultrasound scan of the bladder to rule out infection, inflammation or bladder stones which may be causing discomfort, partial blockage of the bladder neck and pain. Spayed female dogs do not typically mark areas with urine, nor do they typically seek out attention from male dogs. Since Lyra is dribbling urine frequently, she could have a urinary tract infection, crystals in her urine, bladder stones, etc. She should see her vet for an exam and urinalysis to determine if she has any current urinary tract issues.

If Bud isn't have urinary accidents, asking to go out more to pee, showing signs of urgency then he is likely "saving" up his urine to mark. He isn't neutered and is reaching maturity. Although not very common in male dogs, urinary tract infections can still occur in males. Primary urinary incontinence can occur in males, although more common in spayed females. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine Stanley and test his urine to see if there is any evidence of a bacterial infection. If the urine is normal, then I would recommend having his blood tested to see if there are any abnormalities. If blood results are within the normal ranges, I would then recommend doing a trial of a urinary incontinence medication. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction! Pepper's symptoms could be due to a urinary tract infection, crystals in the urine, stones in the urinary tract, a mass, or toxin ingestion. It is important that you have Pepper seen by a veterinarian to help determine the cause of the signs and to start treatment. If you notice her straining to urinate/unable to produce urine, this is a medical emergency and can be life threatening. She may be avoiding going outside due to pain/discomfort associated with urinating, or she may be unable to go, indicating a potential emergency situation.

The straining to urinate along with the increased thirst may indeed indicate a developing UTI. You would need to have Zo physically examined by your veterinarian for confirmation. A sterile urine sample should be collected and submitted for urinalysis and urine culture/sensitivity. This may identify the organism responsible as well as the best antibiotic to use in treatment. Your vet may recommend abdominal x-rays or ultrasound to rule out kidney or bladder stones. Given current events, you may need to drop her off at the clinic then wait for the doctor to call you to discuss exam findings and treatment options.
