Your puppy may have to take a second round of wormer approximately 2 to three weeks after the first. Considering your puppy was severely infected with round worms (if you can see them= severe infection) these worms likely laid a lot of eggs which now have turned into larvae/worms and were not hit by the first round of the wormer. I would get Dora a deworming treatment. It sounds like she may have roundworms, which would also cause her diarrhea. I recommend Panacur, which is an OTC deworming treatment.
