My dog has a nipple looking lump beside his nipple and it's a dark Color...Could this just be a nother nipple?

If the liquid coming from her nipple is brownish and there is a mass in the breast tissue it is likely a cystic mammary tumor. A lot of which are benign. Some breast masses in dogs are cancerous though. Usually it is recommend to spay them and remove the breast mass. Hormones play a role in the formation of the tumors.
I'd get the mass checked out by your Vet and discuss removing it to biopsy.

Breast cancer is definitely a concern. It could be either benign or malignant, so Miny really needs to see a vet. They can collect a sample with a needle for evaluation under the microscope to determine if it is a big scary thing or a smaller worrisome thing.
