Why is my dog crying after vet shots for stress & bloody stool?

Greetings, I had sent my 2 years old Maltipoo kid at a pet hotel for almost 10 days due to work commitment. When I got him back home I saw him passing blood in loose stool. The blood was fresh and bright red in color. I took him to the vet and was told that my kid was in great stress in my absence. The doctor gave him two shots and prescribed medicine. While my kid was getting the shots he cried aloud. Even mild touch is making my kid cry. My vet's clinic is closed until Wednesday. What could it

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Orio. Cernia is an anti-nausea medication. This is given under the skin and it tends to sting some dogs when administered. He may have had an antibiotic injection in the muscle. This can cause some muscle pain. Both of these tend to cause mild discomfort that should resolve with time.
