I'm sorry Bruno is sick! Unfortunately in a dog his age, a malignant tumor is always high on the list of potential causes. Senior dogs are prone to cancer. You can ask the vet to do a biopsy to make sure it's a tumor for sure, but that would be my guess. I'm sorry i don't have better news for you. Best of luck.
