Pet's info: Dog | Lhasa Apso | Male | neutered | 14 years and 4 months old | 25 lbs
My dog had oral malignant melanoma and is currently taking tramadol, clindamycin, augmentin, and gabapentin twice a day as well as meloxicam once a day. His vet refilled all of his meds earlier today but I just noticed that his clindamycin has been doubled from 75mg twice a day to 150mg twice a day, and the tramadol was doubled from 1 (50mg) tablet once daily to twice daily. Are the clindamycin and tramadol safe at these doses? My dog weighs 25lbs. Could this be a mistake?
