Can I give my dog Children's Benadryl for bumps and bleeding?

He should be receiving just Benadryl which contains only diphenhydramine. Some dogs will require ongoing doses of steroids to keep the swelling down in the days following the reaction. These bumps could be from an allergic reaction, mites, fleas, or a skin infection. Because Benadryl hasn't helped and Kylo has had these bumps for a week, it's time to see the vet. I don't think Benadryl will help but it will not hurt so if you want to give some you can. Only give it once though, as you don't want to mask any signs that the vet may need to see. She can half of a 25mg tablet. If you have liquid Benadryl (12.5mg/5ml) then she can have one teaspoon. She can likely wait the 10 hours but call your vet in the morning as you may be able to drop her off with them on your way to work. That way they can get her treated and you can pick her up later in the day after work.

You can give Jagger the benedryl too; but I would recommend calling your vet tomorrow. He may need stronger medication for his itching. And if his feet are bleeding he may have a secondary infection that may require antibiotic or antifungal medication. I believe it might actually be part of the original allergic reaction but as there is suspicion he had a reaction to the Benadryl i wouldn't recommend giving it again. instead i would recommend to monitor him, give it 48 hours, if it is not resolved bring him back to the vet for a steroid shot.
