I accidentally gave 15 lb. Dog 25 mg carprofen 6 hours too early. Should I take him back to the vet? He's only had 2 pills since his vet appointment

Hades should be fine unless he is extremely sensitive. Monitor him very closely for any signs of GI upset or bleeding and have him examined if this is seen. Make sure to stick with the schedule as directed. I hope this helps.
