My dog's carpal pad is torn badly and lifting, does it need stitches?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 63 lbs

My dog Scarlett has ripped her carpal pad really bad at this point I was able to look at it and it can be lifted up a lot and it is holding on by a piece of skin

Ouch, poor Scarlett! A cut this bad will need stitches to repair it. I would apply gentle pressure to stop any bleeding, wrap a loose bandage around it to keep it protected, and keep her from licking at it. I would find an ER vet or a vet on call to see Scarlett now to get stitches to fix it.
