You need to make sure that she is fed a high quality dog food, such as Royal Canin or Hill's Science diet. Make sure she is up to date on her deworming treatments, and her flea treatments as well. Revolution spot on flea treatment is safe to use in pregnant dogs. She should also have access to plenty of fresh water at all times. Do not give her any vitamin supplements, as too many vitamins can cause birth defects in the puppies, such as cleft palate from too much vitamin A. A high quality dog food will provide all the vitamins she needs to be healthy.

Take care of them constantly and feed them. Mothers usually are quite tired after parturition and you will not be her number one priority anymore. She will spend most of her time with them and she will be reluctant to go out for walks leaving them alone. As they begin to play and explore, her responsibility become more about ensuring their safety and teaching them proper behavior. Up until they are about 6 weeks old, she will give them nearly constant attention.

I do not recommend giving a dewormer until at-least three weeks of age. The deworming medication is dosed based on body weight, so the mum will need a different one than the puppies. The label of the deworming medication should indicate how much to give per body weight of the pup, or dog (certain medications can be used for a puppy and an adult dog). If it doesn't then I would not give it.
