Dog not eating, sneezing, and bleeding mouth: Is it an emergency?

You should take him to your vets without delay. If he is bleeding a lot you vet will have to put your dog under general anaesthesia to stop the bleed. Also, it is important to find out why he is bleeding. It could be due to a problem in the mouth (large wound or cut on the tongue, bleeding mass etc) but it could be a problem with blood clotting.

It could be Gus Gus has a foreign body, growth, or fungal infection in his nose causing the bleeding. A fever means that he could have an infection going on. He needs to see a vet now, as he sounds quite sick with all of his symptoms. Please take him into a vet immediately. Best of luck.

I am so sorry that your pet is not only ill but that you were brushed off by the emergency person when seeking help. That is quite unheard of also disturbing that someone would laugh at your pets misfortune. I am not sure your pets breed or age, but you should call another emergency vet in the area and get him seen right away. In fact if they are open, I would not wait and just take him in to be seen. He either has a really bad case of stress related hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, a coagulation disorder, pancreatitis, or a toxin exposure as the cause of his symptoms. This is an emergency and you need to take your dog to a Pet ER or out of hours veterinarian now. There could be a bleeding tumor in your dog's upper airways, or a burst blood vessel and severe blood loss.

Lexus really needs to go see a vet as soon as possible. A long term nose bleed is a medical emergency. My main concerns would be exposure to toxin that might affect his ability to clot his blood. This could be rat poison or another toxin. However a foreign object up his nose, trauma and infection can cause bleeding too. He needs to have blood work to detect if he is clotting his blood and make sure his platelet number is normal. If he will let you apply pressure to his nose and maybe even ice to the bride of the nose to slow the bleeding until you get him into a vet.

Constant bleeding from the gums is not normal and not that easy to stop. It could be a bleeding disorder or a gum/teeth condition, it needs to be checked by a vet, if it's a tooth that is causing this, or something that is stuck in the gums, your dog will need to be put under sedation in order to solve this issue.

For a dog that usually eats well, 5 days is getting a little long to let it go. I would recommend that you have Panda checked out by a vet to see what could be going on. There are so many things that could be causing his vague symptoms, including pain, infection, intestinal issues (including obstruction), among many others.
