My dog bit his tongue and has a white sore. How long to heal?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 1 year and 3 months old

Looks like my dog hurt or bite his tongue himself now he got boil or blister ulcer type over there beneath tongue its white in color little reddish and it also has its impression above the tongue as well with little white color and is look like small hard mass type now so how many days or time will it gonna take to completely heal also my dog is able to eat food and is still active and playing

it is possible that this is what occurred. At this time i would recommend to monitor the sore. As long as it does not seem to be worsening and he is still happy and not showing any signs of pain the sore should heal over the next few days. however, if by chance it is not gutting better on its own, veterinary attention ay be needed
