My dog ate sesame beef tacos. Is he okay? Does he need a vet?

The good news is, I would not expect this to cause any serious problems for your dog - the only thing that might possibly be on a burrito that could be toxic to a dog is onions, and it would normally take a larger amount of these to cause any serious problems. Rarely, eating something like this could possibly cause a more serious GI issue called pancreatitis - symptoms of this problem would include repeated episodes of vomiting, bloody diarrhea, not eating, and acting lethargic. If any of these signs develop, it would be best to take your dog to the vet for treatment. Otherwise, it should be okay to monitor him at home for the next day or two to make sure that you don't see any problems.

Oh no! I don't think any of those ingredients would be toxic. The salsa probably has some onions in it but I doubt there would be enough to be a concern. If Cassidy continues to vomit it would be a good idea to see an emergency veterinarian but otherwise I'd think it would be okay to monitor him.
