My dog ate pumpkin, now he's throwing up and eating grass.

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 55 lbs

Dog eats own poop. Tried to add small amount of canned pumpkin to dog food, now dog is eating grass and throwing up.

Since Paige has now started vomiting, I would worry that there was a physical cause that caused her to start eating stool. You didn't mention how old Paige is, but I suspect she is an adult. Any significant behavioral change like that (especially when accompanied by a physical change like vomiting), should be evaluated by a veterinarian. So, I would recommend having your veterinarian examine Paige. They will be able to give her an anti-nausea medication to stop the vomiting and hopefully be able to help figure out what caused this problem.
