My dog ate grass, isn't eating, and pooped inside. What's wrong?

  The grass could certainly have caused the upset or Bronx may have eaten it because he was feeling sick already. As long as he stopped vomiting and is behaving normally, there is no cause for concern. If he is still vomiting, you can try withholding food for 24 hours then feeding a bland diet in small. frequent amounts. If the vomiting does not stop or if he develops other symptoms (diarrhea, lethargy, loss of appetite, etc.), then see your veterinarian for a physical exam.

  Poor Meech sounds like he isn't feeling well! Dogs will eat grass when they are nauseated. He could have eaten something rotten, has a GI illness, pancreatitis, or a foreign body. I would withhold food for 12-24 hours, and then feed him a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If he continues to vomit in the absence of food, vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.

  It sounds like she is naseous so she really should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. She could have inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatitis, etc. Your vet may want to try her on a gastrointestinal diet, probiotic, antacid, and anti-nausea medications to see if that helps.
