Oh that was naughty of Picasso to eat those Oreos! Luckily, Oreos do not have a lot of chocolate, and at his weight of 80 pounds, he will likely not experience a reaction from it. More concern is the sugar in them, and that could cause him stomach upset in the form of vomiting and diarrhea. If you do see any vomiting or diarrhea, I can give you a home remedy to try to see if that helps. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he vomits the bland diet, has diarrhea on the bland diet, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. Hopefully, however, Picasso will be just fine. I hope this helps :-)

Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Lyla. While there isn't a lot of chocolate in this, the sugar could cause some stomach upset. I'd keep an eye on her for the next 24 hours. If you see vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, or a loss of appetite, have her seen by a vet. I hope this helps!
