If Charlie starts to show any abnormal symptoms such as vomiting, lethargy, diarrhea or convulsions, you should take him to the vet urgently in order to get him treated, human feces can cause a gastrointestinal infection, drugs should not be active in the feces anymore, neither is alcohol if these where ingested by this individual.

I would not be too concerned. There should not be much, if any, substances left in the feces. Continue to monitor Charlie and if he continues vomiting or feeling unwell then you might want to seek veterinary help.
Hope this helps!
